James Trevor "Jamie" Oliver, MBE, is a British chef, restaurateur, and a celebrity known for his food-focused TV shows on U.K. Channel 4 and U.K. Food Network channel, cookbooks, and his most recent campaign against the use of processed foods in national schools in real life.
He owns two restaurants, Fifteen (also the name of the supporting charitable foundation) which has two other branches and Jamie's Italian (known as Jamie's Italia in some countries) which has twenty branches in U.K. and five international branches in Dundrum, Dublin, Ireland (at Pembroke District, Dundrum Town Centre Dublin 16); Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Sydney, Australia & Perth, Australia (opens in 2013); and HarbourFront, Singapore (at VivoCity shopping mall).

If you upgraded the Container Garden; Jamie will reward the player(s) with an exclusive Jamie Oliver apron. This event runs from Nov. 1, 2012 and will end presuming on Nov. 8, 2012.
